Working Days Calculator
Free online working days calculator. Count business days (Monday to Friday) between two dates, excluding weekends — useful for deadlines, payroll and project planning.
What counts as a working day?
The standard business definition is Monday through Friday — weekends excluded, both endpoint dates included. A full week contributes 5 working days, so a 30-day month typically contains 21-22.
Public holidays are deliberately not subtracted: they vary by country, region and year. Get the weekday count here, then subtract the holidays that fall on weekdays in your location — the method payroll and project managers actually use.
